Wellbeing & inner work
Yoga, meditation, eco-therapy, dramatherapy and group process — to connect with your emotions and with nature.

At the heart of the project lies a simple intention: to heal and empower people, helping them connect with their emotions and deepen their self-knowledge.
We do this through practices that bring wellbeing and nature together:
- Yoga and meditation in the shala, for every level
- Eco-therapy: walking, resting and working in nature as a path to balance
- Dramatherapy and movement, to express what words cannot
- Group-process psychotherapy and sharing circles
- Healthy nutrition and a vegetarian kitchen
These practices are woven into our volunteering projects and retreats, and can be offered to groups on request.
In our forest, we love to sit in circles
Circles of opening, where we welcome each other and arrive fully into the space. Circles of sharing, where stories and feelings weave us closer together. Circles of closing, where we honour what we lived together. And circles of process, where the more permanent members open up, find clarity and hold each other through challenges. Because in a circle, everyone is seen — everyone belongs.
