Natural building workshops
Learn to build with earth, cob, wood and natural materials — and live together while you do.

Almost everything on our land was built by hand, by many hands. Natural building is how we grow — and one of the best ways to join us: we take soil from the field, mix it with sand, straw and water, and shape earthen loaves that become the walls of our cob creations. A slow, grounding way of building with the earth, not on it.
What we have built together
- An eco-shelter of earth and wood — two workshop weekends in spring 2025
- A wooden deck held by living trees — a floating platform for yoga and rest among the leaves (May 2025)
- The dance house — built with a lot of work, many hands and plenty of dancing in between (summer 2025)
- The cob house — our earthen home, ready to welcome guests through the winter (autumn 2025)
- A cob storage space and our new winter shala (2026)
